About the virus

According to the WHO and the CDC*, here’s what you can do to stay safe and reduce the virus spread:
- Clean your hands regularly and thoroughly
- Maintain at least 1 metre distance from people who are coughing or sneezing
- Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth
- Practice good respiratory hygiene
- Stay home if you feel unwell
- Avoid COVID-19 hotspots, if possible

Your safety when receiving parcels
As stated in the official sources of both the WHO and the CDC, the virus doesn’t survive on surfaces for long. There is also no evidence of COVID-19 being transmitted via sent out goods or parcels.
Parcels are exposed to dynamic environmental conditions during their transportation and are unlikely to arrive contaminated.
