If you are no longer able to contact a user anymore, it could be due to the following reasons:
- The user in question would no longer like to correspond with you.
- The user has decided to leave MoM and delete their account.
- The user has been removed by MoM due to infringements of Terms of Service or been suspended.
-The users account is under review, this could be for something that you or another user have reported to us and we are investigating.
Unfortunately, MoM cannot help you get in touch with the user in any of the above cases. If, however, you were in the middle of a transaction and the user had disappeared before you they sent an item you had paid for, please report it to us and we will investigate! In some cases we may suspend a user so that they cannot continue to infringe our terms of service.
